Customised spaces for all ages
At our two main sites, City and Hillsborough, we offer full day care facilities with separate rooms and routines for each age group, so that your child can flourish in a safe and inspiring environment.
Both of our purpose-built nurseries are close to tram and bus routes, with City Nursery located at the bottom of Granville Road (next to our City Campus), and Hillsborough Nursery located in the grounds of Hillsborough Campus.

At The Sheffield Nursery, we believe that every child is unique and deserves to be given the best possible start in life. We provide a safe, sensory-rich, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.
Our highly qualified and experienced staff team work together to provide childcare and education that enables children to become confident individuals.
We understand that parents need peace of mind that their children are being cared for in a safe and secure environment. That’s why our nurseries have been designed with the latest security features, and our staff undergo regular training to ensure they’re always up-to-date with best practice. We know that accidents happen, so we always have a dedicated team of first aiders on site.
Learning and playing in the fresh air
Your little one will enjoy exploring in our wonderful gardens and outdoor areas, offering free play and fresh air in a natural environment.
What’s more, our energy efficient bespoke buildings are built with climate sustainability in mind.
Care and convenience
Nutritionally balanced meals are prepared daily by our onsite chef. We also provide snacks, lunches, formula, nappies, wipes, and creams so your busy mornings are made a little easier.
Where possible, we look to offer flexible booking options and participate in the government’s 30 hours funded childcare provision.
The children in our care are encouraged to progress at their own pace through the different developmental stages.
